It is that time of year again. I will be sending out the bill for dues for 2010.They will be sent out around the 1st of December 2009. Our Council now has over 300 members. We have a lot of members who are in arrears. If you no longer wish to be a member of the Knights of Columbus, please send me a letter or email, requesting to resign from the Knights. I will forward these to Supreme for you. We would prefer you pay this year’s dues and stay in the Council. The Knights are transitioning from the Financial Secretary Program on a PC to a system on their main frame. I have to enter all the personal information into their system. Therefore, it is important that the back of the bill be filled out so we will have the most up to date and accurate information. So please fill out the information on the back. This information is also used when we put your birthday, wife’s birthday, and wedding anniversary in the Compass Points. Several wives have asked me in the past why their birthday and anniversary were not listed. I can only report what information I have received from you. Even if you gave the information not long ago, please give it again and we will be reporting the correct information. Anytime you change your email address, please send an email to me at jclark1@satx.rr.com. I will make sure the information is updated at Supreme and locally. We disseminate a lot of information by email. The 2009 Fraternal Survey that will be included with the bill. This is the information we supply to Supreme.
